THE FULL SERVICE PROCESS

FIRST APPOINTMENT
During the orientation visit with you at the location of the project we review your vision, wants and needs. We will evaluate your existing environment and determine how to best incorporate your design and goals. We will document the existing conditions, and help you determine what is most important in developing your project.

PRELIMINARY DESIGN/BUDGET DEVELOPMENT
Based on the information we collected at our initial appointment you will be provided with a preliminary design and budget estimate for your project. This will include required design elements and allow us to discuss any necessary changes required to maintain your vision as well as budgetary constraints.

CONTRACT & OPTIONS SELECTIONS
Once you agree on a preliminary design and budget, we can move to contract and give you a time table for options and finish selections required for your project. We can assist you in this process or you may decide to hire an interior decorator. Depending on the scope of the job if required we will begin the architectural plans and permitting process at this time. We will coordinate the entire process with you in order to maintain a fluid progression of events required to be completed prior to commencing the project.

CONSTRUCTION
If required, once the necessary permits are obtained we will schedule a pre-construction site meeting to review the complete scope of work and discuss a construction schedule around your needs.

PROJECT COMPLETION
At the completion of the project, we will meet with you to record any small items or details that need to be addressed to ensure your satisfaction.
